Terms of Service

Effective: December 26, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vesta interview preparation service (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Vesta LLC ("Vesta," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share or transfer your account to anyone else.

3. The Service

Vesta provides interview practice sessions and AI-generated coaching feedback based on the information you provide (for example, job descriptions and your responses/transcripts).

No guarantee of outcomes: The Service is for practice and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee job offers, interview success, or any specific outcome.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Upload, submit, or generate illegal content
  • Upload or submit other people's personal data without permission
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without our written permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, models, or system internals
  • Abuse, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service, other users, or Vesta.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Vesta a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display your User Content only as needed to operate the Service and provide outputs to you.

6. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Paid plans are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout.

No refunds: All payments are non-refundable, including for unused time or partial billing periods, except where required by law.

7. Free Tier

If we offer a free tier, it may be limited (for example, 3 sessions per month). We may modify free tier limits and availability over time.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may lose access to content stored in the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesta disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Vesta's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months before the event (or $100 if you have not paid), whichever is greater.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the courts located in Puerto Rico.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date." Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
